Shawn was one of the more
successful wrestlers of recent years at Kentwood. The only
thing keeping him from placing all three years in high
school was injuries. Shawn throwing Jadon Redding of
Auburn-Riverside to his back for a 23 second pin at Sub-Regionals his
Junior year is definitely one of the lasting memories for
coaches of his time at Kentwood. Shawn was the type of
